1. Glass input
- Offset retaining walls for mounting the glass panels without coming in
contact with the coated side.

- Contact-free transport to avoids prints or scratches                        



2. Washer
- Optimal cleaning effect through constant brush contact, alternating rotation direction of brushes
for gentle and thorough cleaning of the coated glass.
- Excellent water quality.

           



3. Quality control and the fitting of the spacer
- Quality assurance system “visual control”: walk-in cabin (evaluation room) makes access
to backs of panels possible.
- Automatic control of the vertical and horizontal stock guides for exact fit of butyl-coated
spacer frame.

4. Assembly, gas filling and grouting
- Fully automated assembly of 2 panel and 3 panel units
- Integrated gas-filling sensors for a continuous inspection process.       

- Electronic pressure control and nominal measure input for an accurate to measure grouting.

5. Sealant
- Fully automated sealing of 2 and 3 panel units with and without step offset/special forms
- 2 independent dosing and combined systems for the alternative processing of 2 components.
- Putty system for best sealant quality.

- Special glass. For example, toughened glass with step seam milling or laminated glass
with step drilling
