UNIGLAS Insulated Glass – Monitoring and Training

Self-monitoring and continuous training of employees are two important characteristics of a future-oriented enterprise.

The glass production at Glas Marte is continuously undergoing, certified, external quality monitoring that is “ European Suitable”.

Glas Marte has a free, independent corporate group – UNIGLAS. The company currently has more than 600 recognized, test certificates for insulated glass. Our good background in the UNIGLAS manufacturers group allows our customers access to the largest product and range of service offered in Europe!

In addition to testing to ensure compliance with quality standards of
UNIGLAS insulated glass, we have internal testing and testing facilities
on glass static, (e.g. to demonstrate the impact resistance according to
DIN 52337 or EN 12600 (pendulum test) and the ball drop test according
to DIN 52290 or EN 356.

In addition, in 1996, Glas Marte Bregenz was the first foreign company
to be included in the FKG (Association for constructive glass architecture
inc., Köln). For many years, we have possessed finite-element programmes
in order to carry out customer-specific, pre-assessment for glass.
