Quality

Quality is the difference.
In a separate hall on the company’s premises, material and component tests are carried out with a newly acquired flexural-tension machine. Maximum possible precision is our greatest concern. This begins with the calibration of the measuring device, which is naturally conducted under the strictest criteria (DKD-calibration with external quality control), and ends with the complete and accurate documentation of all results.

In the testing hall, recurrent pendulum impact tests according to EN 12600 and ball drop tests according to DIN 52338 are made. Structural-physical tests to evaluate e.g. ultraviolet-radiation technical properties in a test box in the open air are controlled and monitored online over a data line.

Continuous quality and production control on the basis of the new CE-labeling regulations for all pertinent material, as well as additional safeguarding through Glas Marte’s internal quality guidelines and monitoring procedures.

Based on a project-related checklist with a clearly specified process sequence and evaluation, testing and procedural guidelines.
