• 17. What do I do if glass breakage occurs?

  
  17.1. GM-Railing glass elements are exchanged very easily. The clips are removed, the screws are loosened and the glass element is replaced with a new one in minutes. This can be infinitely adjusted and precisely constructed.
  
  
17.2 What do I do if glass breakage occurs and the glass mounting is not both-sided, full-surfaced and even, like with GM Railing, but rather carried out with local inserts (wedges, etc.)?
Remove the handrail and watch whether the glass changes its vertical position and during the installation, watch if the glass is forced into the handrail. Should this be so, the manufacturer must prove that the improper "jamming" did not adversely affect the load-bearing strength.
