2 glass strengths (2x10 mm and 2x12 mm) and 2 different glass qualities for different applications and static requirements (VSG / TSG and VSG / float).

GM RAILING presented in London from 18.09.08 to 21.09.08 in the context of 100% Detail.
The innovative product range of GM RAILING appealed to the British and a greater worldwide audience.
The visitors - mainly architects and designers - at the 100% Detail show in London were amazed at the sophisticated technical solutions of the GM RAILING all-glass railings.
The GM RAILING stand was literally stormed. The visitors crowded around the various GM RAILING series and were impressed by the many individual and specific applications that GM RAILING all-glass railings can make possible.

The Prize for Design from Germany
The Prize for Design from Germany (Der Designpreis der Bundesrepublik Deutschland) is the highest official German distinction in the area of design.
It is known as the "prize of prizes". No other design award sets such strict criteria on its participants.
A company can only participate in the competition for the design award if its product has already won a national or international prize.
Another requirement for participation is the nomination by the ministers and senators of economics of the province or by the federal ministry of economics and technology. Glas Marte was nominated for the 2009 design prize.

Materialica Design+Technology Award 2007
GM Railing® convinced the international jury in Munich and won one of the most coveted prizes for design and technology.
On the occasion of the MATERIALICA - the 10th International Trade Fair for Material Application, Surfaces and Product Engineering - Glas Marte was awarded the MATERIALICA Design Award from the Munich Expo.
The competition’s objective is to demonstrate the relevance of material for the application of industrial-design oriented products and to stimulate new ways of combining materials with design, as well as the successful combination of innovative materials, technological precision and high design standards for industrial and consumer goods.
