In order to make starting at Glas Marte easier for the new apprentices and to strengthen the solidarity between the apprentices and the trainers, a joint team cooking day took place last week. In the Engel in Egg, a historic Bregenzerwald house that has been carefully renovated into a cookery school, we conjured up an exquisite menu exclusively with slow food products from the region and meat products from Bregenzerwald farmers under the expert guidance of Ms Kaufmann.

In the afternoon there was also plum cake with coffee. And bread was also baked.


We enjoyed both the cooking and the meal very much and had a lot of fun on the side.
